Common questions

What kind of drawings do you need?

PDF drawings exported from CAD or Revit work best. Scanned drawings (from paper) can work too but may require more time. Architectural plans are the minimum — structural and mechanical drawings help but aren't required.

What if the drawings don't have all the information?

We flag anything we can't measure directly and provide allowances where needed, clearly marked in the output. You'll know exactly where assumptions were made.

Is the $399 per project or per drawing set?

Per project (up to 10 PDF pages). Larger drawing sets (10+ pages) may incur an additional fee — we'll confirm before starting. Multi-project discounts are available if you have ongoing volume.

Who is doing the takeoff?

The Cordoba Construction team — the same GC that built CORDObase to manage our own projects. Not an overseas call centre. We know GTA construction and we review every output before delivery.

What if I'm not happy with the output?

One round of revision is included. If you're still not satisfied, we'll refund you. Simple as that.
